- If anyone was contemplating buying the April '96 issue b/c of the "Exclusive
- Game! Leading Lap SE...Never before released!" The final phrase, should
- be the clincher, its obvious why it was never released, this has to be
- without a doubt one of the worst pieces of shit ever to grace their covers.
- It's a polygon racing game, and steering control is absolutely abysmal!
- It makes the vehicles from "Midwinter II Flames Of Freedom" seem like Porche
- 901s or F15s (and I'm talking about even the balloons or walking!)
-
- To the editors of Cu Amiga, you should be ashamed of yourselves, and to
- the publisher Reflex Interactive, you obviously have no shame, as you
- have the nerve to try to sell an upgrade (in conjunction with CU Amiga)
- with more tracks, an editor, and pretty scenery. For a company that
- just recently upped the retail price of their magazine, you'd think
- they'd have more sense than to be associated with such a piece of dreck.
- I would have much sooner have had a couple of game demos (Chaos 2!!)
- than getting burned with trash like this.
-
- Matt Bettinson, if you're reading this, I dare you to defend this disk!
